Marketing Lead
Marketing Lead will develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness in the market and generate sales leads and coordinate internally with other teams such as Sales, Community and Public Affairs to manage in-house production, often liaising with brand partners, media and production agencies.
We’re looking for a passionate and talented Marketing Lead to manage day-to-day marketing efforts. The successful candidate should be creative, engaged and proactive.
This function involves developing the marketing plans and localization through a wide range of media, events, field activations, partnerships and marketing tactics.
About The Opportunity
Supporting CMO to strategize and spearhead Marketing projects and initiatives to create brand awareness, promote spaces and increase utilization.
Create and implement the brand marketing strategy
Manage all marketing and promotional activities for buildings, common spaces, and related events.
Manage creative request process, ensuring timely, dynamic and on-brand content, and other marketing materials
Collaborate with stakeholders to discuss core messaging, decide on target audience, and develop content direction for marketing materials
Manage brand standards, positioning, messaging, and tone.
Manage and organize all marketing assets, ensuring updates are made as needed.
Help to compile Marketing content from Community managers to tell compelling brand stories.
Understand and communicate all brand guidelines usage for all consumer facing content
Connect with influencers, potential partners, and potential members to establish our brands as a vital part of the entrepreneurial and business communities.
Create meaningful strategic partnerships with organizations & individuals that will drive revenue and brand relevance to our buildings.
Conceptualizing and executing events to raise brand awareness.
Email, SMS, and direct mail marketing including segmentation by purchase behavior / customer type.
Reporting on core Marketing KPIs from all campaigns
About You
Bachelor’s degree in business studies, marketing, or a comparable area
3+ years of marketing/brand experience at a brand or agency, interdepartmental project management experience a plus.
Highly creative, able to formulate a unique vision and flawlessly execute the vision
Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal, written, and with presentation.
Track record of delivering quantitative / qualitative research and analyses to gain consumer insights
Excellent oral and written command of the English language
Strong interpersonal skills
