Moca Cancellation Policy
General
Moca is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a customer cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another customer from being served. No shows and late cancellation have an impact on service quality while punishing customers who may show up earlier. For these reasons, Moca has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly observed.
Full Payment
Your registration is complete when we receive your full payment. Payments are digital through Moca app. We do not reserve or start the service without payment.
Your booking will be confirmed through the pass that will show in the pass section on Moca application including all the details of your booking.
Cancellation Request
Cancellation are submitted through your booking pass on Moca app. Please note that refunds will be processed into your Moca wallet balance. If the refund leads to exceeding your wallet balance cap (EGP 3,000) the amount will be refunded to your original form of payment.
Refund Policies
If a client cancels a confirmed paid booking up to 72 hours (3 days ) prior to the date of use, the client can get 100% refund from the total expected charges.
If a client cancels a confirmed paid booking up to 48 hours (2 days) prior to the date of use, the client can get an 75% refund from the total expected charges. 25% of the total fee will be a non-refundable transactional fee.
If a client cancels a confirmed paid booking up to 24 hours (1 days) prior to the date of use, the client can get 50% refund from the total expected charges. 50% of the total fee will be a non-refundable transactional fee.
If a client cancels a confirmed paid booking within 24 hours prior to the date of use, the client will get 0% refund from the total expected charges. 100% of the total fee will be a non-refundable transactional fee.
Refund transactions, to your original form of payment, will be handled within 10 working days, in addition to any processing time depending on the payment card issuer's policies.
Alternatively, you may request that the original registration fee be transferred to a future date or package of your choice.
No refunds or transfers will be issued on the day of, or after, the start of service.
