Community Experience Associate - Maadi
The Community Associate is the front face for our customer experience representative welcoming and greeting everyone. Ensuring the best possible experience for our members & guests. The Community Associate will report directly to moca Community Experience Manager and will interact and collaborate with the Community team.
The Community Experience Associate will seek out information and build knowledge of moca standard process and procedure. Daily displays critical thinking and an ability to identify trends and patterns and champions the implementation of process changes and new ideas.
About The Opportunity
Greet and check-in members, while creating a welcoming &collaborative environment amongst our members.
Covers the front desk during business hours.
Identify and evaluate opportunities to increase space sales.
Effectively utilizes Bookings Management System to ensure a smooth check-in process.
Provides excellent customer experience.
Alert to unusual/suspicious activity and escalating or supporting appropriately
Provides general administrative and clerical support as required.
Appropriately handles queries from moca members & guests.
Assist with set-up of events, including onsite event management.
Manage space facility in coordination with onsite team.
Attends regular team training and professional development.
Additional projects, assignment rotations, and duties as assigned
About You
Experience in a customer experience-oriented position
Very good spoken & written English and Arabic language capabilities.
Computer skills, specifically in MS Office Suite and Web
Organizational and task prioritization experience
Must be able to work within a team and/or independently
Charismatic, Passionate and has good communication skills
Attention to detail and problem solving.
